Happy New Year!

We’re looking forward to seeing you at the Interchange next week. We start this new year with recent Gallup reports expressing that employees are unaware of what’s expected of them and that employee connections to company missions have decreased to a record low.  The attached article (From Great Detachment to Great Engagement) is an informative 10-minute read that speaks to what the Gallup calls “The Great Detachment.”

During the first half of the Interchange, we will discuss the article, subject, and how, as leaders, you can move your organization from detachment to engagement by embracing the formula of Engagement = Aspiration * Empowerment.
